With the continuous development of Internet technology, the status of virtual property in peoples lives is becoming increasingly important. As a form of online virtual property, the inheritance issue of game virtual accounts has also become a focus of social attention. This article takes the Civil Code as the background to study the legal issues related to the inheritance of virtual gaming accounts. Firstly, this article elaborates on the concept, characteristics, and classification of game virtual accounts. Game virtual account refers to a virtual account registered by players in online games, which includes virtual assets such as characters, equipment, and coins. Game virtual accounts have characteristics such as virtuality, value, and dependence, and their classification mainly includes individual accounts and team accounts. Secondly, this article analyzes the legal basis for the inheritance of game virtual accounts. The Civil Code stipulates that natural persons enjoy legal property rights, including virtual property on the internet. Therefore, as a form of online virtual property, the inheritance of game virtual accounts should also be protected by law. Meanwhile, this article also explores the special issues related to the inheritance of virtual game accounts, including the ownership of accounts, the identification of inheritors, and the realization of inheritance rights. Finally, this article proposes suggestions for improving the legal system of virtual account inheritance in games. Firstly, the ownership of virtual game accounts should be clearly defined to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of players Secondly, a sound system for identifying heirs should be established to ensure their legal identity Finally, the mechanism for realizing inheritance rights should be improved to protect the legitimate rights and interests of heirs. As businesses increasingly deploy Customer Relationship Management CRM strategies for personalized customer engagement through newsfeeds, understanding their impact on digital purchasing decisions becomes crucial for online optimization. This study aims to investigate the factors influencing the adoption of CRM, focusing on its impact on customer engagement, specifically through the use of newsfeed features, in the context of digital purchases within the Thai market. Employing a quantitative approach, this study surveys a diverse sample of 478 Thai consumers, considering factors such as age, education, income, gender, and frequency of online engagement. Preliminary findings reveal that education and income significantly influence consumer responses to CRM newsfeeds, impacting their likelihood of making digital purchases. Those with higher education and income levels show a greater tendency to engage with CRM content, translating these interactions into digital transactions. The study also explores the nuanced impact of gender, status, and media preferences on digital purchases within the CRM newsfeed context. A wireless sensor network, or WSN, is made up of many sensor nodes that can join quickly to the base station. The information is sent to the central spot after being processed at the sensor nodes. When data is sent in a place where there is no coverage, there will be a delay. Not only is there a big delay, but the amount of energy used goes up by a big amount as well. To solve this problem, a method of network coding called energy efficiency and secure routing protocol EESR is used. This way is meant to make multi hop routing protocol safer and use less energy. Some people think that using ANN to automate IDS could help improve the energy efficiency of routing in wireless sensor networks while keeping a certain level of security. Dynamic Deterministic Finite Automata DDFA and Particle Swarm Optimisation PSO are used in the suggested work to find intrusions. Also, data is sent in a safe way by figuring out and then taking the fastest and most efficient route. People have said that a new Deterministic Finite Automata could be used to make the network more active. DDFA PSO gives information about the node inspection, packet inspection, and route inspection. This information is used to find and get rid of hackers, so that data can be sent in the most efficient and cost effective way along the best route. The routing through the best path improves the overall performance of the sensor network, and an analysis of the results shows that the suggested method is better than the existing routing schemes in terms of energy efficiency, network throughput, average one way delay, and lifetime of the network. Solar energy is a potential energy source in India and its application is ever increasing. In solar PV application, the photovoltaic module is needed to harvest this kind of energy. The PV module exhibit nonlinear I–V and P– V characteristics. The maximum power produced varies with both irradiance and temperature. The maximum efficiency is achieved when PV works at its maximum power point which can be obtained by using suitable MPPT algorithm. Most of PV systems use conventional MPPT methods such as incremental conductance IC and perturb and observe P and O . With the advanced in control technology, the intelligent control techniques are commonly used in all areas. A conventional MPPT controller is used to maximise the conversion efficiency under normal conditions but fails in abnormal conditions. The diaper rashes are uncomfortable and painful for child diaper rashes are a common form of irritated skin dermatitis that looks like patches of inflamed skin on babys buttocks. Its often related to wet or infrequently changed diapers, skin sensitivity. Diaper dermatitis is an irritating condition that develops on the skin, that is covered by a diaper which causes discomfort to infants and anxiety to parents and caregivers. Diaper dermatitis is the most common in ammatory skin eruption within the diaper area in infants and toddlers. Although it rarely causes problems for prolonged periods of time, it causes considerable distress for both infants and parents. Diapered skin is exposed to friction, excessive hydration, varying pH, and is in constant contact with urine and faeces, both of which are highly irritant to the skin. In this study an evaluatory pre experimental research approach and Pre experimental one group pretest – Post test design. was used to find out the effectiveness of PTP on diaper rashes among infant’s mother. The sample consists of 60 Infant’s mothers. They were chosen by convenient purposive sampling technique. The study was conducted in selected urban areas of Indore city. Entrepreneurial culture is a catchy concept fronted by scholars and several governments in their bid to promote entrepreneurship for unemployment reduction via job creation. The concept of “entrepreneurial culture” has existed for decades, described as an organizational culture embodying and championing entrepreneurial characteristics and attributes. These have included risk taking, innovation, and creativity the elements one would expect to see among entrepreneurs as individuals. The literature suggests that entrepreneurial culture is related to a number of positive organizational outcomes, such as generating new business and improving firm performance. Background The electronic recording of patient information in ambulance services has provided healthcare professionals with the ability to send patient data to their GP or other relevant services electronically. It is critical to comprehend how paramedics view and adjust to electronic platforms as technology continues to advance. Objective To identify the facilitators and barriers EMS staff encounter when using e PCR. To explore the overall perception of EMS staff towards the utilization of e PCR in EMS settings. Method Four databases were searched including PubMed, Scopus, Medline and Science Direct. Result All 11 publications were evaluated for qualitative data and the publication was found to be of fair or good quality. Studies investigating the perception of staff found mixed perceptions. The search generated a total of 1365 potential articles. After the initial screening process, 229 duplicate records were removed Out of the remaining 1136 papers, 1079 were excluded as they did not meet the selection criteria the title, abstract, and keywords. Of the remaining 57 papers, a full text screening eliminated 46 for the study design quantitative studies n=22 , no perception of staff documented n=19 and no full text available n=5 . Thus, 11 papers that met the inclusion criteria were selected for final analysis. The risk of bias was quantified using CASP. A qualitative synthesis was conducted and three major themes emerged Facilitators, Barriers and overall perception of staff. Conclusion This systematic review found that EMS staff hold complex and diverse views on e PCR systems. While several facilitators and barriers impact e PCR adoption, it has been found that e PCR has the potential to enhance documentation, communication, data driven decision making and finally the ability to improve overall patient care quality. This work aims at analyzing the mechanisms that are involved in political assassination in Northern countries during the period between the two world wars, after the independence and the beginning of the years of national sovereign national conferences. A question remains, that of knowing the motivations behind these political assassinations in the sphere of the State, the impacts, the end between the power and the people. To analyze this work, the fundamental preoccupation is assassination, power and politics, which constitute the theoretical and methodological approach of the study of our corpus. It consists of two French works of the 20th century and two African post colonial novels. The analysis reveals that the two spaces are connected to power and do not accept any opposition. Moreover, assassination and power go together, through the critic of the texts of this study. The aesthetics of these authors is, indeed, relevant and arouses the consideration of linguistic and rhetorical analysis. Dyslipidemia is one of the major modifiable risk factors for cardiovascular disease in type 2 diabetic patients. Dyslipidemia in type 2 diabetic patients is attributed to increased free fatty acids flux secondary to insulin resistance. Despite its high prevalence and related complications of in type 2 diabetic patients, there is a paucity of data on the prevalence of dyslipidemia in type 2 diabetic patients in Tiko. The objective of this study was to determine the prevalence of dyslipidemia amongst type 2 diabetic patients attending Tiko Cottage Hospital. A cross sectional based study was conducted from February to April 2023. A convenient sampling technique was used to recruit 179 type 2 diabetic patients into the study. Data on socio demographic characteristics, behavioral and clinical factors were collected using a structured questionnaire through face to face interviews. Five milliliters of venous blood sample were collected for serum glucose and lipid analysis. Blood pressure, weight and height were measured. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 21, whereby univarriate analysis using frequency and proportions described the variables, bivarriate analysis with the support of Chi Test of independence measured the association between two variable while multivariate analysis was employed to highlight critical risk factors with the support Logistic Regression. The overall prevalence of dyslipidemia among study participants was 54.7 . Isolated lipid profile abnormality of hypercholesterolemia was found in 14.0 , hypertriglyceridemia was absent, high level of High density lipoprotein HDL C was found in 53.1 , and high level of low density lipoprotein LDL C was found in 0.6 of study participants. Being obese was significantly associated with dyslipidemia and female were significantly more exposed. The study concluded that high prevalence of dyslipidemia was found among type 2 diabetic patients in the study area and that obesity was a critical risk factor. The findings of this study should be taken into account to conduct appropriate intervention measures on the identified risk factors and implement routine screening, treatment and prevention of dyslipidemia. Zooplankton acts as main sources of food for many fishes and plays an important role in early detection and monitoring the pollution of water. A number of studies has been carried out on the condition of ecology and freshwater bodies in various parts of West Bengal but in some parts of South 24 Parganas District, the ecological studies of freshwater bodies especially zooplankton studies is very scanty. The present investigation made an attempt to study the zoo planktons species in Budge Budge Railway Jhill. This Railway Jhill is situated beside the south part of Budge Budge Railway station and in front of Bogie Manufacturing factory, Kolkata, West Bengal. The quantitative studies of plankton diversity in Budge Budge Railway Jhill of Kolkata in West Bengal were carried out for the months of January 2021 to June 2022. The lowest zooplankton number 460 ltr. was recorded in the month of June summer and the highest number 680 ltr. in January winter due to different environmental and inflow characteristics of the water body. Zooplankton community of this Jhill in winter comprises of 10 species and in summer comprises of only 6 species belonging to Rotifera, Cladocera, Copepoda and Ostracoda collected from different zones, viz., littoral, pelagic and deepwater. Financial literacy education is an essential requirement for all individuals and especially for professionals like the nurses in order to prevent unruly financial behaviour which results in financial difficulties. However, these difficulties are not solely caused by low income but lack of financial literacy education which negatively influence financial behaviour. They can also result from poor financial management, such as a lack of financial planning or the improper use of credit which results from inadequate financial literacy education. Given the increasing interest in financial literacy education in many developed nations for their profession, it is logical that the significance level of financial literacy education should increase in developing countries. Even in certain nations, financial literacy has been designated as a national programme. Due to the fact that financial literacy has a positive influence on inclusion and financial behaviour, knowledge in financial literacy education becomes a serious issue. In Ghana, many professionals do not give attention to financial literacy education and this affects their finances leading to debt, liabilities and untold financial hardships. This makes financial literacy education a vital imperative. Katigraha is the commonest disease it is the condition which is characterized by stiffness pain and impaired functioning of lumbar spine region due to vitiation of vata and kapha in katipradesha. Quantitative approach, descriptive exploratory design was chosen for this study. The study was conducted in selected schools of chennai, 30 school children were selected using non probability purposive sampling technique. A rating scale and check list was used to assess the behavioral and emotional development of children of working mothers. This study primarily focuses on the design of a high side buck converter using an Arduino microcontroller. The converter is specifically intended for use in DC DC applications, particularly in standalone solar PV systems where the PV output voltage exceeds the load or battery voltage. To evaluate the performance of the converter, simulation experiments are conducted using Proteus Software. These simulations provide insights into the input and output voltages, currents, powers, and efficiency under different state of charge SoC conditions of a 12V,70Ah rechargeable lead acid battery. Additionally, the hardware design of the converter is implemented, and practical data is collected through operation, monitoring, and recording. By comparing the simulation results with the practical results, the efficiency and performance of the designed converter are assessed. The findings indicate that while the buck converter is suitable for practical use in standalone PV systems, its efficiency is compromised due to a lower output current. This paper reports on a study which was conducted to investigate the role of mentoring and its influence on the effectiveness of the teaching of Physics in secondary schools in the South West Region of Cameroon. The study adopted the convergent parallel mixed methods design, focusing on respondents in secondary schools in the South West Region of Cameroon. Both quantitative and qualitative data were collected, analysed separately, and the results were compared to see if the findings confirm or disconfirm each other. The quantitative analysis found that majority of the respondents 72 of Physics teachers affirmed that they had more experienced colleagues as mentors to help build their confidence, improve their teaching, and help them improve their effectiveness and efficiency in guiding learners’ achievements. Only 28 of the respondents disagreed with these statements. With majority respondents 72 agreeing with the statements, it implies that in most secondary schools, experienced Physics teachers act as mentors to build teachers’ confidence in teaching and improving students’ learning. The interview qualitative data analysis summarized how secondary school Principals use meetings with mentors and mentees to promote mentorship in the school milieu. This has helped strengthen teachers’ classroom practices in secondary schools in the South West Region of Cameroon. With the results confirming each other, the study recommends that mentoring should focus on helping teachers employ social interactions and instructional practices feedback and clarity in teaching that have direct measurable impact on students’ learning achievements. Acute viral hepatitis is the most common parenchymal liver disease seen in community. It is a worldwide problem including India. It occurs mainly due to unhygienic practices, unsafe water and poor environmental sanitation. It is common in children there was a need to educate this group focusing on primary prevention. one group pre test and post test design. and non probability convenient sampling technique was used and sample consisted of 30 mothers of school children Data analysis and interpretation was done using inferentional statistics It was observed that the post test mean scores was 78.36 and standard deviation was 20.723 which was significantly higher than the pretest mean value is 33.83 and standard deviation is 20.01 The t test value was 0.198 at P=0.5 level. Thus the findings of the study signify that structured teaching programme was effective in enhancing the knowledge of hepatitis. About millions of households depend on fishing for livelihood though it is associated with different types of hazards. Working time does not allow fishermen to get health care for hazards from facilities. Data on occupational hazards and health care seeking is inconclusive in chennai. This study was undertaken to assess the occupational hazards, associated factors and health seeking of fisherman. A descriptive study involving 30 fishermen conducted from some selected communities chennai. A pretested questionnaire used to collect information on socio demography, occupational detail, types of hazards and health seeking behavior of fishermen. The results revealed that, the Mean of occupational hazards score was 4.5 with the Standard deviation was 5.7 and the Mean of health seeking behavior was 84 with the standard deviation was 68.3 and there was a positive correlation between occupational hazards and health seeking behavior among fishermen at 0.05 level of significance and there is a significant association was found with selected variables like age and religion with chi square value of 16.2 and 12.35 at 0.05 level of significance respectively. Introduction Infectious diseases are caused by pathogenic microorganisms, such as bacteria, viruses, parasites or fungi the diseases can be spread, directly or indirectly, from one person to another.1 These infectious diseases often spread through direct contact that means from person to person. Coming with the contact of body fluids, or any secretions or even the fomites used by the infected person. The feaco oral route can be summarized into 5fs finger, food, fluid, feaces, flies. The main diseases that are caused by feaco oral route are diarrhoea, cholera, polio, hepatitis.2 The objectives of the study were to assess the knowledge regarding the prevention of 5f’s finger, food, fluid, flies and feaces disease transmission among children. Materials and methods Research approach was quantitative and research design was descriptive research design. 30 samples who fulfilled the inclusion criteria were selected by non probability convenient sampling technique. Introduction Interstitial lung diseases ILDs are a diverse group of lung diseases that are characterized by chronic inflammation and progressive fibrosis of the pulmonary interstitium. The interstitium is defined as the alveolar walls including epithelial cells and capillaries , septae, and the perivascular, perilymphatic, and peribroncheolar connective tissues. 1. Socio economic status Methods The research adopted a quasi experimental design with pre and post test of the intervention of the patients availing the planned teaching management programme of ILD. Exit interviews of ILD patients were conducted to 60 randomly selected patients among those who avail the facility in the hospital. International standardized questionnaire based on the St. George Respiratory Questionnaire SGRQ and Six Minute Walk Distance 6MWD , protein and fat free mass index FFMI by Bio Impedance Non Invasive are the tools used in this study. Further, a structure questionnaire to assess demographic data and a follow up pro forma for weekly telephone call, and planned teaching program on management of ILD were developed. Result The data was analyzed with descriptive and inferential statistics. The analysis of the newly diagnosed ILD patients showed that 45 was from 40 59 years of age 53 from the experimental group and 37 from the control group . In both experimental and control group majorities 63 of newly diagnosed interstitial lung disease patients were females from both the groups.It has 35 that has below 10 standard levels 40 in control group and 30 in experimental group and 29 had a family income range from 0 10,000 30 from control group and 26 from experimental group . A majority with 70 of newly diagnosed ILD patients belong to nuclear family from both groups. Maximum numbers of body mass index score 40 among newly diagnosed interstitial lung disease ILD patients fall in healthy category 50 in control group and 36 in experimental group . In both control and experimental group, a majority 53 of newly diagnosed ILD patients had a habit of exposing to Chula. In both control and experimental group, a majority 53 of newly diagnosed interstitial lung disease ILD patients were non vegetarian respectively. In both control and experimental group, a majority 60 of newly diagnosed interstitial lung disease ILD had a history of occupational exposure to dust respectively. In both control and experimental group, a majority 47 of newly diagnosed interstitial lung disease ILD patients had a history of allergy inhalants to pollen respectively. The mean scores of post test quality of life of experimental group 22.04 was lower than the mean post test quality of life scores in control group 53.35 . The mean post test quality of life scores in experimental group 22.04 was lower than their mean pre test quality of life score 64.90 . Introduction Interstitial lung diseases ILDs are a diverse group of lung diseases that are characterized by chronic inflammation and progressive fibrosis of the pulmonary interstitium. Socio economic status Methods The research adopted a quasi experimental design with pre and post test of the intervention of the patients availing the planned teaching management programme of ILD. Exit interviews of ILD patients were conducted to 60 randomly selected patients among those who avail the facility in the hospital. International standardized questionnaire based on the St. George Respiratory Questionnaire SGRQ and Six Minute Walk Distance 6MWD , protein and fat free mass index FFMI by Bio Impedance Non Invasive are the tools used in this study. Further, a structure questionnaire to assess demographic data and a follow up pro forma for weekly telephone call, and planned teaching program on management of ILD were developed. Result The data was analyzed with descriptive and inferential statistics. The analysis of the newly diagnosed ILD patients showed that 45 was from 40 59 years of age 53 from the experimental group and 37 from the control group . In both experimental and control group majorities 63 of newly diagnosed interstitial lung disease patients were females from both the groups.It has 35 that has below 10 standard levels 40 in control group and 30 in experimental group and 29 had a family income range from 0 10,000 30 from control group and 26 from experimental group . A majority with 70 of newly diagnosed ILD patients belong to nuclear family from both groups. Maximum numbers of body mass index score 40 among newly diagnosed interstitial lung disease ILD patients fall in healthy category 50 in control group and 36 in experimental group . In both control and experimental group, a majority 53 of newly diagnosed ILD patients had a habit of exposing to Chula. In both control and experimental group, a majority 53 of newly diagnosed interstitial lung disease ILD patients were non vegetarian respectively. In both control and experimental group, a majority 60 of newly diagnosed interstitial lung disease ILD had a history of occupational exposure to dust respectively. The technology uses a secure Bluetooth connection and is energy efficient. Surveying 240 students from 12 government colleges, findings indicate that 65 actively engage in online discussions, with 80 demonstrating moderate to high awareness of Ambedkars ideals. Introduction Infection is the invasion of tissues by pathogens, their multiplication and reactions of host tissues to the infectious agents and toxins they produce. Infection control refers to policies and procedure implemented to control and minimizes the dissemination of infections in hospitals and other health care settings with the purpose of reducing infection rates and improving patient’s progress outcome through these standards. Infection control standards include, hand hygiene, use of PPE equipment’s, aseptic technique, respiratory hygiene, cleaning and disinfection, needle sticks injury prevention and waste disposal. Nurse’s knowledge and practices related to adherence to these protocols play crucial role in health care workers safety and reduce the hospital acquired infections incidences in patients.Material and methods A quantitative approach with descriptive research design was adopted for 60 study subjects in Guru Gobind Singh Medical Hospital, Faridkot by convenient sampling techniques. Introduction COVID 19 being emerged as pandemic, caused many severe problems, need to be controlled and prevented by vaccination. Vaccines are designed to develop immunity without the dangers of getting the disease. But vaccine acceptance and hesitancy are the major barrier to control disease outbreak. Poor knowledge is considered responsible for negative attitude and poor vaccine acceptance among individuals. So, assessment of knowledge and attitude is crucial to change their attitude towards administration of COVID 19 Vaccination. Material and methods A quantitative approach with descriptive research design was adopted for 60 non professionals working in selected colleges of BFUHS, Faridkot by convenient sampling techniques. A self structured knowledge questionnaire and self structured 5 point attitude scale were selected to assess the knowledge and attitude of study subjects respectively. Background and Objective Telehealth has become a well known tool for the delivery of health care in Saudi Arabia, and the perspective and knowledge of healthcare providers are influential in the implementation, adoption and advancement of the method. This systematic review was conducted to examine the current literature base regarding telehealth and the related healthcare professional perspective and knowledge in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Materials and Methods This systematic review was conducted by searching 7 databases including, MEDLINE, CINHAL, Web of Science, Scopus, PubMed, PsycINFO, and ProQuest Central. Studies on healthcare practitioners telehealth knowledge and perspectives published in English in Saudi Arabia from 2000 to 2023 were included. Boland directed this comprehensive review. The researchers examined each connected study using the AXIS tool, which evaluates cross sectional systematic reviews. Narrative synthesis was used to summarise and convey the data. Results Out of 1840 search results, 10 studies were included. Positive outlook and limited knowledge among providers were seen across trials. Healthcare professionals like telehealth for its ability to improve quality, access, and delivery, save time and money, and be successful. Age, gender, occupation, and work experience also affect health workers knowledge. This paper includes an experimental investigation to investigate the performance of a polycrystalline solar PV panel at varying temperatures. Then this study uses Internet of Things IoT technologies to examine how the efficiency of a polycrystalline solar PV panel performs at various temperatures. The K type thermocouple, an Arduino Uno, a Max6675 module, an ESP8266 ESP 01 module, the Thing Speak cloud platform, and voltage divider resistors were the components that constructed the IoT based temperature measurement system. Anemia is a major public health problem in reproductive age women because of their high requirement for iron during pregnancy, lactation, menstrual bleeding, and nutritional deficiency during their reproductive cycle. Even though the world health organization aims for a global reduction of anemia by 50 among women of reproductive age by 2025, with the current situation it is unlikely to achieve this goal. Considering this fact, a descriptive study was conducted to assess the knowledge regarding iron deficiency anemia among women of reproductive age and to associate the level of their knowledge with their selected demographic variables and to prepare and distribute information booklet related to iron deficiency anemia. The sample population were 100 women of reproductive age selected through a purposive sampling technique, who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The data was collected using knowledge rating scale and demographic profiles. The setting of the study was Nadathara panchayat, Thrissur. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The study revealed that 38 of them had inadequate knowledge whereas 62 of them had adequate knowledge regarding iron deficiency anemia. Analysis showed that there was significant association between education and level of knowledge regarding iron deficiency anemia among the subjects. This study concluded that majority were having adequate knowledge regarding iron deficiency Anemia. The study helped the women of reproductive age identify their level of knowledge regarding iron deficiency anemia its signs and symptoms, diagnostic measures, management and ways to practice healthy life style with the help of information booklet that was distributed. Ayurveda is a science of life which maintains health of healthy person and eradicates the illness of diseased. All the skin manifestations are mentioned under kushta chikitsa. Skin diseases are of 18 types which have been grouped under 2 categories, those are 7 types of mahakushtas and 11 types of kshudra kushtas. Udavartini is a Vataja yonivyapad, where vitiated apana vata along with raja moves in upward direction Urdhwagamana thereby causing pain during menstruation. It can be correlated to primary dysmenorrhea characterized by painful menstruation of sufficient magnitude so as to incapacitate day to day activities. Pain is attributed to myometrial contractions due to increased levels of prostaglandins. Dysmenorrhea is the most common gynecological conditions regardless of age and race. Primary dysmenorrhea is widely prevalent more than 50 of teenagers and 30 50 of menstruating women suffers from varying degrees of discomfort. Severe incapacitating type affects 5 15 of the population. And is responsible for the highest incidence of absenteeism, resulting in loss of work hours and economic loss. Modern interpretation in dysmenorrhea includes use of Non addictive analgesics, anti inflammatory drugs and oral contraceptives. Mefenamic acid and Dicyclomine an analgesic, antispasmodic respectively, relieves abdominal pain but has adverse effects like diarrhea, epigastric distress, skin rashes, dizziness, blurred vision, constipation, palpitation. Without Vata there cannot be pain, and Artava nishkramana is one of the functions of Apana vata and Udavartini occurs due to pratiloma gati of Apana vata so, the intervention which corrects the vikruta vata is always beneficial in vataja yonivyapad. Male infertility is defined as the inability of a male to make a fertile female pregnant, for a minimum of at least one year of unprotected intercourse1. Male factor is substantially contributory in about 50 of all cases of infertility. Ksheena Shukra Dusti2 is a condition in which the quality and quantity of the Shukra dhatu is affected by vitiation of Vata and pitta dosha. OAT Syndrome includes Oligozoospermia, Asthenozoospermia, Teratozoospermia OAT Syndrome is one of the major cause for male infertility. In this case series study, An attempt is made to study the efficacy of Mustadi Gana Mala pachana Kashaya3, Kostha shodhana with Virechana Kashaya4, 03 days Payasya Ikshuadi Niruha basti5 as a purva karma for Uttaravasti. Payasya Ikshuadi Gritha Uttarabasti 6 for 03 days and Kusthamalaki Rasayana Chikitsa in improving spermatogenesis and conception in OAT Shukra Dusti cases. Seminal parameters was assessed before and after the treatment. In these cases very encouraging results were reported, all four cases conceived. During follow up of patients, no any abnormality was reported clinically as well as on USG. 03 cases delivered health baby and one case is under 9th month antenatal care. Pineapple is an important fruit crop in Tripura. Pineapple production in Tripura has been ups and downs in the past decades due to several reasons. Therefore, in the present study an attempt has been made to look into to the problems encountered by the pineapple growers. The study is set in four 4 districts of Tripura, with 300 sample surveyed by multi stage sampling technique. The data thus obtained is analysed by Likert scale and rank method. The findings point that there are as many as 7 major heads of problems, out which no adequate labourer, especially for harvesting is the main challenge faced by the growers. Infertility, defined as the inability to achieve a pregnancy after 12 months of regular, unprotected intercourse1. Incidences of Infertility increasing day by day due to change in lifestyle. Causes of male infertility include abnormal sperm production or function and or impaired delivery of sperm2. Oligospermia is the male infertility issue defined as low sperm concentration in the ejaculation. As per World Health Organization WHO , a low sperm count is less than 15 million sperm ml3. Deepana pachana with Trikatu churna, Snehapana with Murchita Gritha, Sarvanga abhyanga with Murchita Tilataila, virechana karma with Trivruth avaleha followed by Uttarabasti with Shatavari Gritha was selected as these measures serves the purpose of VataPitta Hara, Brumhana, Vrushya and Shukrala. Semen Parameters showing remarkable improvement after intervention. Pakshagata is the major vyadhi of vata dosha. Pakshavadha or pakshaghata is a condition wherein the greatly aggravated vata dosha, invades the shareera dhamani’s causing paralysis of one half of the body with pain and loss of speech.it can be compared to cerebro vascular accident stroke from modern perspective. The objective of this study was to examine the effect of financial risk on liquidity performance of Deposit Money Banks DMBs in Nigeria, with capital adequacy as a moderator. The study specifically examined the mediating role of capital adequacy on the effect of operational risk, market risk and credit risk on liquidity performance. The study adopted the ex post facto research design as the goal was not to manipulate any variable but rather to establish effect and mediation. The population comprised listed Deposit Money Banks and the sample restricted to a purposive sample of ten 10 banks whose annual reports were accessible for the period of 13 years from 2010 2022 which was the time scope of this study. The data were analysed using structural equation model. The study found that capital adequacy does not significantly mediate the effect of operational, market and credit risks on liquidity performance. Based on these findings, the study recommended that Banks need to create a capital adequacy mechanism necessary for hedging against operating risks inherent in the financial market Banks need to develop a capital adequacy framework to guide them to optimally disclose their market risks, enhance the quality of their disclosure practices, improve the quality of their financial reports and more efficiently manage their liquidity The Nigerian Central Bank need to develop a statutory requirement that will demand a certain level of capital adequacy by the banks before granting a certain level of credit. Among many diseases which hamper the pranavaha srotas, Tamaka shwasa stands first. It is predominantly kaphavataja vyadhi originating from pittasthana. Aggravated Vata leads to pratiloma gati, enters the pranavaha srotas, afflicts the Kapha and produces symptoms like peenasa, ghurghuraka, shwasa, kasa, pramoha, parshvagraha, lalata sweda, vishushkasyata. In modern science same thing is understood as Bronchial asthma. It affects an estimated 300 million individuals worldwide. Among India’s 1.31billion people, about 6 of children and 2 of adults have asthma. This condition requires atyayika chikitsa in its acute onset which gives quick and instant relief of complaints. Sadyo vamana karma is one such procedure which can be adopted when the vitiated kapha dosha is in Utklishta or Uthsanna avastha in its swasthana. In Modern science the usage of corticosteroids for longer time produces adverse effects. Hence there is need to find out a treatment which are safer, nontoxic and cost effective. By considering all above factors, in present clinical study 30 subjects diagnosed as tamaka shwasa were subjected to Sthanika abhyanga with Murchita tila taila ,Nadi sweda with brihat panchamula kwatha and sadyovamana with Dhamargava kalpa. Sandhigatavata is one among Vatavyadhi which can mainly occurs in Parihani Avastha of madhyama vaya and vriddhavasta due to dhatukshaya. Sandhi Shula is the cardinal feature of the disease and associated with sandhi shotha, vata purna druti sparsha, prasarana akunchana janya vedana. Osteoarthritis is chronic degenerative disease caused by deterioration of the articular cartilage and subchondral bone in the joints. It is characterized by pain, stiffness and loss of flexibility of joints. Basti is considered as a type of Abhyantara Snehana and also it is a modality of treatment in managing disorders of Vata dosha. Matrabasthi is a type of Sneha Basthi in which is indicated in people persons afflicted by diseases due to Vata Dosha. It does Brihmana and helps in pacifying Vata Dosha. So here an attempt is made on 30 patients through Matrabasti using Majja for treating Janusandhigatavata in specific. Mahisha Majja was selected for matrabasti. The overall effect of the treatment in janusandhigata vata w.s.r. osteoarthritis of knee joint has shown statistically highly significant results on parameters like sandhishoola, prasarana, akunchana janya vedana, WOMAC osteoarthritis index, sandhi sputana, and shown significant results on range of motion, and shown non significant results on radiological findings by considering wilcoxon matched pairs test values and paired t test values. The contribution of small and medium enterprises SMEs is very critical to the growth and development of a developing region like South Eastern Nigeria. The objective of this study is to access the relationship that exists between capacity management and survival of small and medium enterprises SMEs in South Eastern Nigeria. Survey method was used for this study while random sampling technique was adopted. Paired T test and Cronbach Alpha via Statistical Package for Social Science SPSS version 22 were used to analyse the data. Primary data were collected using the questionnaire as the primary research instrument. Findings showed that inventory level, level of employee skills and number of employees were significantly related with SMEs’ survival at 5 significantly level. In view of the above findings, this study concluded that effective capacity management is the fulcrum on which survival of SMEs revolves. The study therefore recommends among others that SMEs should give more serious attention to capacity management strategies in a bid to enhancing the survival of SMEs in South Eastern Nigeria. The goal of this system is to build an IoT based automatic gas, smoke and fire alert system via Node MCU. We use a Node MCU, sensors, a microcontroller system, and a few more electronic devices in the current endeavor. This endeavor has easy to use gas, smoke and fire detection. When people are outside of industries, residences, or marketplaces, they are not automatically informed about sudden events caused by fire, gas, or smoke. Not even fire departments receive the information instantly. People suffer greatly as a result, and most of the time, fire nearly destroys residences, companies, and marketplaces. However, our system may be able to help by automatically alerting concerned people to the presence of smoke, gas and fire. As a result, people will be able to arrive at the location swiftly and act promptly. For the system to obtain the data from the fire, gas and smoke sensors, a microcontroller needs to be installed to control every device involved in this work. Wi Fi shield functions a way to connect devices with the network. This system uses an Android app to retrieve the sensors data. This experiment analyses the rooms performance in various fire, gas, and smoke conditions as well as burning objects. The researchers found that when smoke concentrations rise above 100 parts per million, people may get fatal heart attacks, coughing fits, and stinging eyes. However, when the smoke content hits 40 parts per million, our system will automatically send out an alert message. Aims Although the majority of smooth muscle neoplasms found in the uterus are benign, uterine leiomyosarcoma is extremely malignant, with high rates of recurrence and metastasis. The development of gynecologic tumors is often correlated with secretion of female hormone however, the development of human uterine leiomyosarcoma is not substantially correlated with hormonal conditions, and the risk factors are unclearly understood. Importantly, a diagnostic biomarker, which distinguishes malignant human uterine leiomyosarcoma from benign tumor leiomyoma is yet to be established. It is necessary to analyze risk factors associated with human uterine leiomyosarcoma, in order to establish a diagnostic biomarker and a clinical treatment method. Methodology Histology and Immunofluorescence Staining tissue sections 5 µm were prepared and stained with HandE for routine histological examination or were processed further for immunofluorescence staining with appropriate antibodies. Furthermore, a total of 57 patients between 32 and 83 years of age and diagnosed as having smooth muscle tumors of the uterus were selected from pathological files. Immunohistochemistry staining for LMP2 1i and cyclin E1 was performed on serial human uterine leiomyosarcoma, leiomyoma and myometrium sections. Results Homozygous deficient mice for a proteasome subunit LMP2 1i spontaneously develop uterine leiomyosarcoma, with a disease prevalence of ~40 by 14 months of age. Defective LMP2 1i and cyclin E1 positive expressions in human uterine leiomyosarcoma were demonstrated, but the reverse result was obtained in human leiomyoma and myometrium. Conclusions LMP2 1i and cyclin E1 differential expressions may be one of the risk factors for human uterine leiomyosarcoma. LMP2 1i and cyclin E1 may be potential diagnostic biomarker and targeted molecule for a new therapeutic approach. Background of study Diabetes mellitus is common among elderly persons, with several potential complications that could contribute to falls. Previous studies suggested that there is more prevalence of fall among diabetic elderly patients as compared to non diabetic elderly.Aim of the studyThe aim of this study is to assess the risk of fall in elderly diabetic and non diabetic patients.Material and methods A quantitative research approach and non experimental comparative research design was used. Total 60 elderly were selected 30 diabetic elderly and 30 non diabetic elderly by non probability purposive sampling technique. Data were collected by using Timed Up and Go test to assess the risk of fall in non diabetic and diabetic elderly patients. Analysis was done using both descriptive and inferential statistics.FindingsIn non diabetic group 46.66 elderly were having medium risk of fall, 33.33 were independent individuals and only 20 were having high risk of fall. Where as in diabetic patients majority 70 were having high risk of fall, 20 medium risk of fall and only 10 patients observed as independent individuals. The mean time taken to complete Timed up and go TUG test among diabetic elderly was more i.e. 23.36 sec. as compared to non diabetic elderly 14.13 and the difference was found to be statistically significant at p 0.05.ConclusionThe risk of fall is significantly increased among diabetic patients as compared to non diabetic elderly patients. In order to reduce falls and their consequences, assessment of fall risk will be beneficial for identifying the high risk population, which will help nurses provide tailored advice and interventions for the high risk population. Over one quarter of people over the age of 60 years have diabetes, and one half of older adults have prediabetes, and the number of older adults living with these conditions is expected to increase rapidly in the coming decades. Objectives .To evaluate the effectiveness of a structured teaching program on self care management of Diabetes mellitus among elderly people in selected rural area after intervention. Methodology pre experimental design with one group experimental group having pre test, post test with intervention. Assessment of Water Quality of Udebal Lake Near by Santram Mandir. It’s Physico Chemical analysis such as, pH, Total Alkalinity, Total Hardness, T.D.S, Calcium, Magnesium, Chloride, Nitrate, Sulphate, D.O during January 2020 to January 2022, The present study calculate the Water Quality Index of lake and assess the impact of industries, agriculture and human activities. W.Q.I has been calculated of Udebal Lake, Nearby Santram Mandir, District Kheda, Gujarat India . Four different locations were selected in Udebal Lake, Nearby Santram Mandir. Total Ten Physico– Chemical parameters were monitored for the calculation of W.Q.I in Rainy, Winter and Summer seasons. The parameters namely pH, Total Alkalinity, Calcium, Magnesium, Chloride, Sulphate, were exceeding the permissible limits as prescribed by Indian Standards. However, The W.Q.I values in the present investigation were reported to be more than 60 68.89,113.958,138.74 , Indicating that the Water Quality is poor in Rainy and Winter season and more poor in Summer season and used for drinking purpose after purification .The Pollution load is relatively lighter during Summer season which compare to the Winter and Rainy Season. Intze tank is an important overhead water storage tank, there for it is necessary that it should be constructed keeping in view its economy. To obtain economical design of tank, the proportion of container such as, staging container diameter ratio, height of cylindrical wall container diameter ratio and horizontal angle of dome have been varied as well as no of column for design of staging. To achieve this objective 15 different depth to diameter ratio of Intze tank. For this purpose a computer program in Microsoft excel has been developed. In Microsoft excel program continuity correction have been work out. The design of container is carried out by working stress method but staging is carried out by using limit state method. To get the economical design of Intze tank horizontal angle of conical dome should be less than 45°, ratio of height of cylindrical wall and container diameter ratio should be between 0.3 and 0.35.0n the other hand staging container diameter ratio effects the economy of higher capacity of tank only. The cost and amount of time involved in carrying out compaction for mega construction projects have made it imperative to find quicker and cheaper methods of determining the compaction characteristics of soils. This study therefore aimed at studying the effects of index properties on compaction characteristics of lateritic soils, with the aim of developing empirical relationships between these properties. To achieve this aim, soil samples were collected from selected locations within Ife North Local Government Area, Osun state, southwest Nigeria. Preliminary, index property and compaction tests were conducted on the soil samples, using standard procedures. Using Microsoft Excel tool, the laboratory test results were used to develop relationships between compaction characteristics optimum moisture content and maximum dry density and index properties. Results of index property tests showed that the soils are excellent to good subgrade materials. The optimum moisture content ranged between 5.38 and 22.62 , while the maximum dry density ranged between 1648 kN m3 and 2150 kN m3. Regression analysis showed that, liquid limit LL and plastic limit PL had a good correlation with optimum moisture content for LL, R2 = 0.540 for PL, R2 = 0.50 plasticity index PI showed a strong correlation with optimum moisture content R2 = 0.810 . However, each of the index properties specific gravity, effective sizes, liquid limit, plastic limit and plasticity index showed a very weak correlation with maximum dry density. The study concluded that plasticity index could be used to estimate the optimum moisture content of the soils, by applying the developed equations. G. O. Background Diabetes mellitus is defined as a group of metabolic diseases characterized by high glucose level that result from defects in the body’s ability to produce or use insulin. Knowledge related to diabetes and self care practice related to diabetic foot care among diabetic patients is important in the prevention of complications of diabetes mellitus. Objectives To assess the knowledge about diabetes and self care practice related to diabetic foot care among diabetic patients at Government Doon Medical College and Hospital, Dehradun, Uttarakhand in a view to provide an information booklet. Methodology A quantitative research approach with descriptive design was used to assess the knowledge related to diabetes mellitus and self care practice related to diabetic foot care among 60 patients who were having history of diabetes mellitus from past 3 years. The study was conducted for a period of one week. The self structured questionnaire was used to assess knowledge and self structured foot care checklist to assess the practice. Result The mean age of study participants was 54±11.7. The result of present study reveals that most of the subjects 48.33 had good knowledge, some subjects 45 had average knowledge and rest of the subjects 5 and 1.66 had poor and excellent knowledge. Most of the subjects 29 and 28 had good and excellent practice. Rest of the subjects 3 had poor practice. A strong positive correlation r=0.93 was found between knowledge and practice regarding diabetes mellitus at p value = 0.001. Conclusion These findings highlight the need to have a good knowledge on diabetes and self care practice of the foot. The serum half life of these aminoglycosides is shorter and clearance is increased in pregnancy. Background The current study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of art therapy in reducing depression among old age clients admitted to the selected hospital in Chennai. Methods and Materials A quantitative research approach with a quasi experimental research design was adopted to conduct the study on 60 old age clients and was assigned to 30 experimental groups of 30 patients and a control group of 30 patients who were selected by convenience sampling technique.. The experimental group received art therapy while the demographic variable, depression pretest and posttest, and bio physiological parameters were evaluated using structured questionnaires. After that, information was gathered and examined. Result According to the studys findings, there is a statistically significant P 0.01 correlation between posttest depression levels and specific demographic factors. In our country, as we descended from the British empire, we took some of the positives from them in our working culture which was developed in their society during the post industrialization period, which included staff welfare schemes like labor laws regulating the workers and the working conditions and also at times regulating compensation with perks and allowances. This study explores the complex dynamics of first language interference in second language learning, with an emphasis on how it affects Ghanaian Fante students learning English. Using the Midjourney platform as the observation object, this study recruited online users and AI platforms for cooperation in order to further investigate the application of generative AI technology in image design and explore the application process of artificial intelligence in generating image works. Through the use of questionnaires, data analysis, and participatory observation, the study examined the real effects, benefits, and drawbacks of AI technology in the creation process as well as its assistance and contribution to image creation. This Research Study titled effectiveness Of INEC communication awareness Strategies in the 2023 general elections. A study of the South South residents of Nigeria. Effective communication strategy is important for the conduct and management of electoral process. Information, education and communication are effective tools for behavoural change especially in the efforts to reduce voter, apathy, violence and increase participation in the electoral process. The objectives of the study was to determine the level of INEC’s communication message raised awareness on voter registration. It was also to determine the extent to which INEC’s communications raised awareness regarding the identification of polling units and also to reveal the assessment or extent to which INEC’s communications raised awareness on how to cast the ballots. The survey research method was adopted for the study while questionnaire was used as data collection instrument. The 8,356,603 residents of the six 6 states capitals of the South south states were used as the population from where a sample size of 460 was drawn using the Taro Tamene formula. The purposive sampling technique was used for the study while simple percentage were employed in analyzing the collected data. Based on the analysis of data, finding revealed that INEC’s communicate messages raised the awareness of the people in the area of voter registration. INEC’s communication messages were not clear enough to the respondents in the area of knowledge of polling units identification. INEC’s communication. This study set out to examine challenges faced by the media in their attempt to play their roles in public awareness on waste management in Buea and Douala in the Southwest and Littoral Regions of Cameroon. The study was supported by the Agenda Setting Theory 1972 by McCombs and Shaw, Knowledge Gap Theory 1970 by Philip Tichenor, George Donohue and Claire Olien, and the Transtheoretical Model also called the Stages of Change Model developed by Prochaska and Diclemente, 1970 . It employed a concurrent nested mixed method combining quantitative and qualitative approaches in a survey design. The estimated sample size comprised of 415 community members involved in the study conveniently. As for other stakeholders, notably, Community Leaders, Media Houses, Waste Disposal Companies and Municipal Councils, they were sampled purposively and conveniently. The study was stratified between French and English speaking Cameroon. Data were collected using a semi structured questionnaire and analyzed based on frequency, proportions and the process of thematic analysis. The qualitative approach was substantiated by the positivism paradigm considering qualitative interpretation as the dominant theoretical perspective. The main challenge was poor or no audience, that is people not interested in news related to waste management, environment, hygiene and sanitation and inadequate coverage. They suggested as response measures adequate sensitization and education of the communities on waste management more attractive slots and time, programmes or mechanisms to gain the attention of people. Nursing students’ pandemic perceptions are unclear. This Study examined how nursing students felt, thought, and acted during the COVID 19 pandemic. This study examined the relationship between behavioural cultural intelligence and innovative work behaviour in telecommunication companies in South South, Nigeria. The proxies of innovative work behaviour criterion variable were of idea generation, idea promotion and idea realization. The study adopted the cross sectional research survey design. Primary data was generated through structured questionnaire. The population for this study was 283 supervisors in four major telecommunication companies in South South, Nigeria. The sample size of 166 was determined using Taro Yamane sample size determination formula. The reliability of the instrument was achieved by the use of the Cronbach Alpha coefficient with all the items scoring above 0.70. The hypotheses were tested using the Spearman’s Rank Order Correlation Statistics. The tests were carried out at a 0.05 significance level. Findings revealed that there is a significant relationship between behavioural cultural intelligence and innovative work behaviour in telecommunication companies in South South, Nigeria. Therefore, the study concludes that that the use of behavioural cultural intelligence in the workplace positively enhances employee innovative behaviour in telecommunication companies in South South, Nigeria. The hypotheses were tested using the Spearman’s Rank Order Correlation Coefficient. The tests were carried out at a 0.05 significance level. The findings revealed that there is a significant relationship between collective bargaining and employee prosocial behaviour in the hospitality sector in Port Harcourt. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the Anglophone crisis on the mental health of teachers in Bui Division, North West Region of Cameroon. The study employed a cross sectional survey research design using an explanatory sequential mixed method. Quantitative data were collected using questionnaire while focus group discussions guide was used to collect qualitative data. Questionnaire were filled by 163 teachers, selected using simple random sampling technique while 18 teachers were purposefully selected for the qualitive data. The data were analysed with the aid of the Statistical Package for Social Sciences SPSS version 23.0 for windows where descriptive statistics such as percentages, mean scores and standard deviation were gotten. Equally SPSS was also used for regression analysis and tested the effects between the independent and dependent variables. The qualitative data were analysed using thematic analysis method. The findings showed that terrorism had negative effects on the health outcomes or mental health of teachers in Bui Division from both quantitative and qualitative analyses. Therefore, the study recommends that there should be investment in mental health which will help to strengthen mental health of affected communities, providing counselling services and sustainable care options. The present article concerns with the topography, geomorphology and morphotectonic features of the vast Pleistocene inland delta of the paleoriver system of the Al Balatah Valley in northeastern Libya and its eastern extension in the Great Sand Sea of Egypt where it constitutes what is known as Nahda Plain immediately east of the Libyan Egyptian borders. The paleodelta was formed as a result of northward flowing of the old Al Balatah river streams into a huge Pleistocene freshwater lake occupying the area lying between latitudes 26° 30’ and 28° 30’, and longitudes 23° 15 and 25° 26’. It was previously described as belonging to the ancient Al Kufrah Paleoriver, however, evidences from the paleo drainage patterns show that this ancient delta is belonging to the Al Balatah Paleoriver, not to the Al Kufrah Paleoriver. The paleoriver basin of the Al Balatah Valley is bounded along its both eastern Egyptian and western Libyan sides by two intersecting groups of structurally controlled Nubia Sandstone landforms. The older group is made up of a parallel series of longitudinal ridges trending NW SE and representing bended up folded , cross bedded to horizontally Nubia Sandstone layers separated by low lying down folded tracks formed as a result of the Upper Cretaceous Turonian folding movement which affected the Western Desert of Egypt and Eastern Desert of Libya. The younger group is extending NE SW and consisting of a parallel series of huge mountain ranges of Nubia Sandstone made up of new plateaus depressions and dome like structures troughs formed as a result of the Late Oligocene refolding movement and dissecting the older Nubia Sandstone ridges. The results are fundamentally significant to the establishment of new agricultural communities in the inhospitable place known as the Great Sand Sea along both sides of the Egyptian Libyan borders especially when considering the threat of fresh water scarcity in both countries. Coir fibre and pith has received significant attention during the past two decades, especially in India, where coir related production activities are expanding and developing on a daily basis. In detail, Indian coir units are important in rural and agro based. Additionally, the number of registered coir units were increasing year by year also, more numbers of workers had employment opportunities in the coir units. In this study mainly focuses on growth of registered coir units in India, number of workers employed in the respondent units, and wage received by workers in the coir units in the Pollachi Taluk of Coimbatore District. This study was based on primary and secondary data and the samples were collected through stratified proportionate random sampling technique and the sample size were 94 coir unit owners. This study founds out the total registered coir unit’s growth rate was increased 0.014 percentage from 2010 2011 to 2021 2022 and the number of migrant workers were high, compared to native workers in the selected coir units and there is a difference in the wage between inter state migrant workers and native workers in the study region. The COVID 19 pandemic has highlighted the crucial need of preventive measures, with widespread use of face masks being a key method for slowing the viruss spread. This research investigates face mask identification using deep learning as a technological solution to be reducing the risk of coronavirus transmission. This study investigated the impact of educational background and professional training on human rights awareness among secondary school teachers in the Marathwada region of Maharashtra, India. The discussions between ellipsoid and geoid have invoked many researchers during the recent decades, especially during the GNSS technology era, which had witnessed a great deal of development but still geoid undulation requires more investigations. To figure out a solution for Sudans local geoid, this research has tried to intake the possibility of determining the geoid model by following two approaches, gravimetric and geometrical geoid model determination, by making use of GNSS leveling benchmarks at Khartoum state. The Benchmarks are well distributed in the study area, in which, the horizontal coordinates and the height above the ellipsoid have been observed by GNSS while orthometric heights were carried out using precise leveling. The Global Geopotential Model GGM represented in EGM2008 has been exploited to figure out the geoid undulation at the benchmarks in the study area. This is followed by a fitting process, that has been done to suit the geoid undulation data which has been computed using GNSS leveling data and geoid undulation inspired by the EGM2008. Two geoid surfaces were created after the fitting process to ensure that they are identical and both of them could be counted for getting the same geoid undulation with an acceptable accuracy. In this respect, statistical operation played an important role in ensuring the consistency and integrity of the model by applying cross validation techniques splitting the data into training and testing datasets for building the geoid model and testing its eligibility. The geometrical solution for geoid undulation computation has been utilized by applying straightforward equations that facilitate the calculation of the geoid undulation directly through applying statistical techniques for the GNSS leveling data of the study area to get the common equation parameters values that could be utilized to calculate geoid undulation of any position in the study area within the claimed accuracy. Both systems were checked and proved eligible to be used within the study area with acceptable accuracy which may contribute to solving the geoid undulation problem in the Khartoum area, and be further generalized to determine the geoid model over the entire country, and this could be considered in the future, for regional and continental geoid model. This paper aims to outline the executive regulations, survey standards, and specifications required for the implementation of the Sudan Survey Act, and for regulating and organizing all surveying work activities in Sudan. The act has been discussed for more than 5 years. The Land Survey Act was initiated by the Sudan Survey Authority and all official legislations were headed by the Sudan Ministry of Justice till it was issued in 2022. The paper presents conceptual guidelines to be used for the Survey Act implementation and to regulate the survey work practice, standardizing the field surveys, processing, quality control, procedures, and the processes related to survey work carried out by the stakeholders and relevant authorities in Sudan. The conceptual guidelines are meant to improve the quality and harmonization of geospatial data and to aid decision making processes as well as geospatial information systems. The established comprehensive executive regulations will govern and regulate the implementation of the Sudan Survey Geomatics Act in all surveying and mapping practices undertaken by the Sudan Survey Authority SSA and state local survey departments for public or private sector organizations. The targeted standards and specifications include the reference frame, projection, coordinate systems, and the guidelines and specifications that must be followed in the field of survey work, processes, and mapping products. In the last few decades, there has been a growing awareness of the importance of geomatics activities and measurements on the Earths surface in space and time, together with observing and mapping the changes. In such cases, data must be captured promptly, standardized, and obtained with more accuracy and specified in much detail. The paper will also highlight the current situation in Sudan, the degree to which survey standards are used, the problems encountered, and the errors that arise from not using the standards and survey specifications. Energy becomes sustainable if it meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Some of the definitions of sustainable energy include the considerations of environmental aspects such as greenhouse gas emissions, social, and economic aspects such as energy poverty. Generally far more sustainable than fossil fuel are renewable energy sources such as wind, hydroelectric power, solar, and geothermal energy sources. Worthy of note is that some renewable energy projects, like the clearing of forests to produce biofuels, can cause severe environmental damage. The sustainability of nuclear power which is a low carbon source is highly debated because of concerns about radioactive waste, nuclear proliferation, and accidents. The switching from coal to natural gas has environmental benefits, including a lower climate impact, but could lead to delay in switching to more sustainable options. “Carbon capture and storage” can be built into power plants to remove the carbon dioxide CO2 emissions, but this technology is expensive and has rarely been implemented. Leading non renewable energy sources around the world is fossil fuels, coal, petroleum, and natural gas. Nuclear energy is usually considered another non renewable energy source, although nuclear energy itself is a renewable energy source, but the material used in nuclear power plants is not.
